Kerbal Space Program: VTOL

I finally managed to create a well working VTOL aircraft in #kerbal_space_program. Inspired by the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II and the Harrier Jump Jet.

Controls

1: Main engines
2: After burner
3: VTOL Flight
4: Thrust reverser on VTOL engines
- Used for quickly stopping the engines on touchdown
5: Normal forward orientation
6: Vertical orientation
- for VTOL, use Radial out SAS mode to stabilize
7: Slightly angled orientation
- for level flight using SAS. Used with Radial out SAS mode
0: Drop all payload at once

Bear Park (Bärenpark) Bern has set up a Webcam in one of the winter dens of one of their bears, Björk.

This web cam was just a static image that changes every half minute or so. When I discovered this sometimes in January I started saving that image every 30 seconds and have been doing that for 2 months now. I have over 182'000 snapshots of that camera (over 5.4 GB). I compiled them into this video. Using sunrise-sunset.org I figured at which times it is dark, so I removed all these photos.

Their hibernation period has now ended and they're outside more often.

I created a new profile picture for myself. I took a lot of inspiration from cyberpunk art. Especially this one by Rafael Moco. which is itself a recreation of the Brazilian cover of Neuromancer by Josan Gonzales. I even have the pointless Band-Aid.
